I. Overview:
Copper flexible stranded wire is a flexible connection line for electrical devices (such as transformers, electric furnaces), electronic and electrical equipment, and thyristor components for power transmission and distribution. Flexible copper stranded wire is suitable for electrical equipment, electronic appliances or component wiring or the conductor core of insulated wire and cable with soft structure in these occasions.
Copper flexible stranded wire is made of high quality round copper wire or tinned soft round copper wire. During the process of toughening, the finished product is soft, neat and beautiful in appearance.
The DC resistivity (20oC) of copper flexible stranded wire is not greater than 0.0182Ω.mm2 / m. The DC resistivity (20oC) of tinned copper flexible stranded wire is not greater than 0.01193Ω.mm2 / m.
Soft copper stranded wire is a soft connection wire for electrical equipment and electronic appliances or component wiring.
The main product standard of soft copper stranded wire is (GB12970.2-91).

TJ hard copper stranded wire TJX tinned hard copper stranded wire
TJR1-1 soft copper stranded wire TJR2-2 soft copper stranded wire
TJR3-3 type soft copper stranded wire TJRX1-1 type tinned soft copper stranded wire
TJRX2-2 tinned soft copper stranded wire TJRX3-3 tinned soft copper stranded wire.
