use:
This product has excellent flame retardant performance, little smoke when burning, and no corrosive gas escapes. It is a good environmental protection cable. This cable is widely used in nuclear power stations, subway stations, telephone exchanges and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, important military facilities, oil platforms, etc., as well as places with concentrated personnel and low air density.
Characteristics of environmentally friendly cables produced by Anhui Hongye Instrumentation Cable Co., Ltd .:
(1) The tensile strength is greater than that of ordinary PVC wires: the tensile strength of general PVC wires is greater than 1.05Kgf / mm2, and the tensile strength of low-smoke halogen-free wires is greater than 1.2Kgf / mm2;
(2) Good weather resistance (-30 ℃ ~ 105 ℃);
(3) Have good softness (hardness is 80-90);
(4) non-moving (because no plasticizer is added to this product formula, it will not have shape-shifting);
(5) No toxic black smoke will be generated when burning (a small amount of white smoke will be generated);
(6) Has a high volume resistivity: PVC wires are generally 1012 ~ 1015Ω / cm3, and low-smoke halogen-free wires are greater than 1016Ω / cm3;
(7) Good high voltage resistance: PVC wires are generally resistant to more than 10KV, while low-smoke halogen-free wires are more than 15KV;
(8) It has good elasticity and viscosity.
